Hands down the best customer service and knowledge with anything related to plumbing. If you need anything explained, Cole would be your go to person! Fantastic attitudes and they will sit with you for hours to help find the right solution. I would buy from JC Plumbing even if they have the highest priced items. You pay for the knowledge and the way you’re treated. Can’t recommend Cole snd JC plumbing enough!

Exceptional. Thousand Oaks is fortunate to have a store like JC Plumbing & Things. Hands down, the best store for all things plumbing related. Over the last 20 years we’ve purchased new toilets, sink fixtures, shower & bathtub fixtures, and plumbing parts. They always have high quality products and exceptional staff, they are extremely helpful.
